We are active in the acquisition and disposition of residential, commercial, industrial, and income  properties as well as land and businesses for investor groups and individuals.  Our brokerage operations extend throughout Southern California and elsewhere while focusing in the Inland Empire area.

Intercon provides total development services utilizing a network of consulting affiliates. Representation to the proper political infrastructure responsible for site approval, engineering, mapping, land planning, and other site-specific needs can be accommodated.  We occasionally operate as equity partners/principals.  The company, along with various affiliated development firms has been on the forefront of development planning for mixed-use, commercial, residential and resort projects throughout the southwest United States, handling hotels, golf courses, and other investor oriented interests.
